Strength class for Moms with Babies welcome to attend. An excellent option for women postpartum (> six weeks and have received clearance to return to fitness) that wish to be mindful of their changed postpartum body but also desire movement and returning to fitness, feeling strong, energetic and empowered. No previous experience required. If you are managing diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, pain etc. you are welcome to attend. I highly suggest seeking an assessment from a pelvic floor physical therapist (I will happily follow their recommendations if any adjustments are required). If you are unsure if this class is right for you please let me know and I can discuss your unique considerations via phone call.
